SERVICES
In-Person or Virtual
consultations
Consultations serve as the foundation for all of our full-service design projects and are also offered as a standalone service. The purpose of consultations varies based on your design requirements. Clients often find that consultations are an excellent way to overcome design dilemmas, and we can accomplish a lot in just 2 hours!
-
During our consultations, we engage in working sessions aimed at providing you with clarity and direction. We offer guidance on various topics, including paint colors, spatial planning, artwork placement, material selections, and lighting.
For full-service clients, our initial consultation ensures we fully grasp your vision and objectives. Together, we'll explore your space or review your design aspirations, delving into your needs for both functionality and aesthetics. Consider this our project's kickoff session!
We encourage clients to come prepared with a list of topics they wish to address, ensuring we maximize our time together effectively.
*In-person consultations are available only in select Denver-area zip codes. Not in the Denver area? Ask about our virtual option!
One-Day Intensive
Design Intensive Day
These sessions are a one-day intensive with Tabor, tailored to meet your specific kitchen and bath needs. Whether you need advice on an ongoing remodel or help choosing materials, furnishings, and accessories, we’re here to assist.
-
While deliverables aren’t guaranteed, clients who come prepared with specific questions and needs usually leave with color schemes, shopping lists, paint colors, product selections, samples, and much more. Please note, no products will be ordered on this day, but you’ll receive product quotes to help you move forward. These sessions are packed with valuable insights, so we highly recommend coming with a list of topics to cover and paper to take notes. We’ll have 6 hours together, plus lunch!
Our Designer for a Day service emerged from a client need for dedicated, in-depth design help without committing to a full design package. Think of this as a one-day intensive where you’ll have access to all the tools and resources a professional designer can offer. This includes product sourcing, floor plans, samples, and more. Whether you're in the midst of a full kitchen and bath renovation and need a day of focused guidance, or you're tackling a DIY project and seeking expert direction, this option is perfect for you.

Let’s Get This Project Started!
WORK WITH ME
Our process begins with a 30-minute complimentary call to discuss your project's scope and determine if we're a good fit.
Step-By-Step
Our Process
-
We start with a 2-hour home visit to discuss your needs, wants, and review your tastes, preferences, and inspirational photos. During the second half of the visit, we’ll take detailed measurements, and before pictures of the space. Afterward, we'll create a Scope of Work outlining your objectives, forming the project's foundation, and get you set up in our systems.
-
Let the fun begin! We’ll develop initial design concepts, discussing everything from the fridge to the faucet. I'll provide design layouts, color schemes, mood boards, 3D renderings, and floor plans, and we'll develop lighting plans and order samples. We’ll communicate regularly and have a Final Design Presentation to review all details.
-
With the concept design in hand, we'll work with your contractor, builder, or architect as needed to confirm the feasibility of the design. We'll coordinate with your construction specialist to conduct final site measures and generate job costs. This allows you to expand or reduce the Scope of Work before committing to a contract.
-
Once you've approved your final design presentation, we'll take care of sourcing and getting everything you need. Our streamlined process makes it easy, so you can relax and enjoy the transformation.
-
We plan the schedule and start the project, working closely with your contractor and tradespeople to ensure the design is implemented to perfection. From coordinating with contractors to keeping things on schedule, we’ve got it covered. Sit back and watch your vision become reality.
-
As the project nears completion, we'll schedule the Final Reveal. We'll address any issues, and tour the completed project with you, set up and style the space. A professional photographer will capture the finished space for our portfolio while maintaining your anonymity if you choose.
